House Of Trinh Cà Ri Crunch Mushroom Burger

Ingredients:
Cà Ri Crunch: 4 tbs (adjust to taste)
Brioche buns: 4
Hamburger patties: 4 (Beyond Meat recommended)
Arugula: 1 cup
Tomatoes: 1-2, sliced
Red onion: 1, thinly sliced
Yellow onion: 1, thinly sliced
Cremini or button mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced
Mayonnaise: ½ cup
Salt: to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Mushrooms:
In a skillet over medium heat, add oil from the Cà Ri Crunch 1-2 tbs . Sauté the sliced cremini or button mushrooms until they are golden and tender, about 5-7 minutes then add the yellow onion and cook until soft. Season with a pinch of salt.
Cook the Patties:
In the same skillet, cook the Beyond Meat patties according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and heated through.
Toast the Buns:
While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns in a separate pan or toaster until golden brown.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with a bit of salt to taste and 1-2 tbs of Cà Ri Crunch
Assemble the Burgers:
Spread the mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the toasted brioche bun.
Place the cooked hamburger patty on top.
Add a layer of sautéed mushrooms, followed by slices of red onion, tomatoes, and a handful of arugula.
Finally, place the top half of the brioche bun on each burger.
Serve:
Serve the Cà Ri Crunch burgers with your favorite side, such as fries or a salad.
